Education is not a mechanical system. It's human. It's about people.

The point of education is like dieting. Let's take Martha, who is on a diet. Is Martha losing weight? Not really. There is a teacher teaching children. She might be achieving her task as teaching, but if the children are not really learning anything then the ecucational system is not fulfilling it's purpose. Hence the issue of todays' school systems is that they are based on conformity and lacking on diversity. Human minds, like all the people around you, are inherently creatively different. Another point comes from tests, that should support the system and not restrain the capability of our minds. Basic testing should not be a cure but a diagnose. The school system has to engage students individuality, their curiosity, their creativity. The real role of leadership in education is not to command and control, but to provide a climate  for possibility.
